Malheureusement, il y a l'idéologie en azéro-turco-turquisme.

Par ignorance ou par eurocentrisme, beaucoup de gens le présentent comme de l'islamisme.

Ce qui est inexact. Il n'y a pas l'opposition religieuse fanatico-habituelle entre le sunnisme (Ankara) et le chiisme (Bakou).

Les charlatans (ou les myopes) pourront ajouter que tout cela n'existe pas car ce sont deux pays "laïcs".

L'Azerbaïdjan a développé un projet visant à transformer l'église Surb Hambardzum à Berdzor en mosquée, a déclaré à NEWS.am Hovik Avanesov, directeur du Centre d'études caucasiennes de l'Université Stepanakert. 08/11/2022

Il a déclaré que l'organisation azerbaïdjanaise Association publique pour la protection des monuments a également publié une photo du projet. Selon le projet, les coupoles et le clocher seront démontés et deux minarets seront fixés à la place. "Le projet a été approuvé sur ordre du président azerbaïdjanais Aliyev. Aliyev a donné cet ordre lors d'une autre visite illégale dans la région occupée de Hadrut. Leur objectif principal est d'éliminer le patrimoine culturel arménien dans toutes les colonies arméniennes occupées. Les églises et Les institutions de valeur culturelle construites pendant la période de l'indépendance, qui ne peuvent pas être albanisées, sont transformées en mosquées ou en d'autres structures sur ordre d'Aliyev", a déclaré le chef du Centre. Hovik Avanesov a souligné qu'il s'agissait clairement d'un crime de guerre.

"Étant donné qu'en vertu de toutes les conventions internationales, la destruction ou la transformation d'un tel patrimoine en d'autres structures est considérée non seulement comme un génocide culturel, mais aussi comme un crime de guerre. Un sort similaire menace la chapelle d'Aghavno et tout le patrimoine historique et culturel qui reste dans les territoires occupés", a noté Avanesov. Selon Hovik Avanesyan, la seule façon d'arrêter ce processus mené par l'Azerbaïdjan est de faire appel aux structures internationales. "La solution consiste à diffuser des messages internationaux sérieux, ou peut-être par le biais de négociations, à ce que les forces de maintien de la paix russes établissent ici un point d'observation pour empêcher que l'église ne soit transformée en mosquée ou détruite."

L'église a été construite entre 1996 et 1998.
